Global Motorsports Congress 2005
How does motorsport engineering influence series development and vice versa? This question will be at the heart of the Global Motorsports Congress to be held in Frankfurt on 17 and 18 November.
Researchers and developers from throughout the world of motorsport and series development will attend the two-day event in Germany.
The event, that opened last year, is aimed at engineers and developers from the fields of research, design, development, construction, testing, computation, production and motorsport, as well as automotive manufacturers, suppliers and engineering service providers.
The programme is divided into four sessions focusing on advanced engine technology, performance materials, chassis development and measurement and testing. This year’s congress welcomes presentations from Paolo Martinelli, engine director at Ferrari, Nick Fry, MD from BAR Honda and Pierre Dupasquier, director of motorsports at Michelin. The supporting exhibition will showcase the latest industry trends.
