TIC Introduce Training Award
The Tyre Industry Council has announced the implementation of a new training award set up in association with technical service provider Entyrety.
The award will form a part of the council’s tyre safety scheme established two years ago, and has been instigated to recognise and reward those companies operating within the UK industry that make a “positive commitment to improving the quality of their in-house training programmes.”
The training award will be judged by an independent panel of industry and non industry representatives who will deliberate on the nominations at the beginning of September. The award will be presented at the Rubber Industry dinner to be held at the Hinckley Island Hotel on 14th October this year.
Nominations for this award must be sent through to the Tyre Industry Council and include the company name, brief details of the training programme and some measure of its success. Application forms can be submitted no later than the 26th August.
