Nokian Tyres Increases Share Capital

An increase in share capital totalling 134,182 euros was entered into the Trade Register on August 17, 2005. The shares will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares as of August 18, 2005.

After the increase, Nokian Tyre’s shareholding stood at 120,841,920 shares and Nokian Tyre plc’s share capital is 24,168,384.00 euros.
