Bandag Announces Quarterly Dividend

Bandag’s board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share on the company’s Common Stock, Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable 20 July 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 20 June 2005.
