Titan International Announces First Quarter Dividend

The board of directors of Titan International, Inc has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $.005 (half a cent) per common share for the first quarter of 2005. The cash dividend is payable 15 April, 2005, to stockholders of record on 31 March 2005.
