ATS Euromaster Makes ‘In Roads’
ATS Euromaster has introduced a new customer reward scheme in a bid to strengthen its support for managers of small to medium size fleets. The ‘In Roads’ scheme, which is being supported by Michelin, is designed to provide an extensive package of business and driver benefits, explains the company.
Dedicated support packages will be offered covering duty of care, specialist technical advice, a business fund redeemable against business products and services and a clear environmental policy. Regular reports and statements will also be provided together with fleet management software.
Additionally, drivers will also receive a package containing a driver card, tyre care information, ATS Euromaster centre locator and a tread depth gauge designed to encourage day-to-day tyre safety.
David Hall, group marketing director at ATS Euromaster, commented: “This scheme is about offering fleet managers a tyre management ‘consultancy’ service over and above just supplying tyres. We chose Michelin to support the scheme because between us we have a wealth of technical and business advice that can now be provided through ‘In Roads’ that will make the fleet manager’s increasingly difficult job just that little bit easier.”
To qualify for the ‘In Roads’ scheme, existing and new customers will be required to commit to a minimum spend on Michelin tyres and a minimum of 50 per cent of comprehensive tyre spend at ATS Euromaster.
