Amtel Appoint Financial Director
Viktor Nekrasov has been appointed the financial director of Amtel holding and the chief financial officer of the parent company Amtel Holdings Holland.
In his new role he will be responsible for corporate finance, merger and takeover deals, as well as controlling the company’s financial activities.
Mr Nekrasov has held several leading managerial positions in finance and investment at both international and Russian companies, including those of managing director at the AIG-Interros fund, director of the investment department at Interros Holding, and senior banker and portfolio investment manager at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
“Mr Nekrasov’s joining Amtel will strengthen the company’s team of managers, which will favour successful implementation of strategic plans for the holding development,” commented Alexei Gurin, Amtel’s general director. “We are confident that Mr Nekrasov’s rich international experience in banking and investment will allow Amtel to implement its 2005-2007 plans with the best results.”
