MAHA Expands After Sales Service
MAHA UK has expanded its after sales service to 15 field engineers, in a bid to improve its service coverage of the entire country. The field engineers will compliment the service department engineers based at the head office in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire to offer a wider service to customers.
Tim Davison, originally a field service engineer, has been promoted to field service manager taking up responsibility for the daily management of the service technicians.
The company has also expanded its IT department so that it now has the ability to repair, modify and re-programme PC systems for its range of products.
Gus Gregory, managing director of MAHA UK, said: “One of the main reasons for the success of MAHA UK is the service back up. With Tim at the reigns and the recent expansion of engineers and we can offer a service second to none.”
