Maywood Recruits ‘Leader in His Field’

Pat Henson, UK sales manager for Rotary Lifts for the past eight years, has joined Maywood Equipment Group, leading suppliers of garage lifting equipment. Maywood acquired the Hofmann brand in January, and Mr Henson, 56, will initially be area sales manager for Maywood in the West Midlands and North Wales.

Trevor Homewood, Maywood’s managing director, said: “We are delighted that Pat has joined us. He is one of the leaders in his field and now he will be using his expertise on behalf of Maywood, the leading suppliers of garage lifts in the UK.” Pat, who before joining Rotary Lifts, was for 8 years, regional sales manager for Bradbury, is looking forward to the new challenge. “Maywood is a forward looking company with ambitions in many fields and I know my experience will benefit them. There are exciting opportunities ahead, not just in the garage equipment market. We will be looking to develop different markets in the future and that is what makes this new position so exciting,” he said. Maywood also has sales managers in Scotland, the North West, South West and the East of the England.
