Farmer Officially Resigns From Kwik-Fit

Back in February, three Kwik-Fit executives stepped aside to avoid any possible conflict of interest over the sale of the company. The three were Chairman and Chief Executive Sir Tom Farmer, John Houston (Finance Director) and Peter Holmes (Marketing Director). As the sale nears completion, the trio have today officially resigned from the company.
