Baroness Young Calls For Higher Waste Tax

Taxing waste disposal to pay for recycling and composting facilities, and an energy policy that will deliver 60% cuts in greenhouse gases should be at the top of the Government’s action list post Johannesburg according to Baroness Barbara Young, Chief Executive of the Environment.
