Alliance Between Cooper And Pirelli To Be Restructured

The three-year-old alliance between Cooper and Pirelli is to be restructured to improve competitiveness. Pirelli has said that it will resume responsibility for sales and service of the Pirelli brand in the US. Cooper will continue to manufacture selected Pirelli products in the US.
