UK launch for Cooper Tire warranty scheme
Cooper Tire Europe has launched a new warranty scheme that covers three of its product lines. Purchasers of a set of four Cooper Zeon CS Sport, Cooper Zeon CS8 and Cooper Zeon 4XS Sport tyres can take advantage of the Cooper Promise which, at no additional cost, offers accidental damage coverage for up to 30,000 miles or 48,000 kilometres. The Cooper Promise warranty also includes a 30-day/600 mile road test, during which customers can return one or more tyres, provided specific conditions are met.
To qualify, customers must register their new Cooper Zeon CS Sport, CS8 or 4XS Sport tyres online at www.cooperpromise.co.uk within 14 days of purchase; the warranty period then begins immediately.
“If tyres suffer accidental damage at any time within the mileage warranty, they can be returned to the Cooper Tire dealer where they were purchased, along with proof of purchase and compliance with warranty conditions, and an equivalent replacement tyre will be provided or a credit applied towards a replacement,” comments Cooper Tire Europe.
“We are delighted to launch the Cooper Promise in the UK for 2016, as a market-leading tyre warranty initiative,” shares Sarah McRoberts, marketing communications manager for Cooper Tire Europe. “Cooper is always looking at ways to go the extra mile for its customers. Our ultimate goal is to provide Cooper tyre owners with more confidence on the road and complete driving satisfaction.”
As part of the warranty, Cooper customers are required to rotate their tyres in accordance with prescribed rotation patterns. For full details on the Cooper Promise, and for terms and conditions, customers can visit their local participating dealer or look them up online at the given address.
